He has served as a product and systems designer/developer of electro-mechanical devices and turbomachinery, as well as an application architect and developer for companies such as Siemens Energy, Siemens, and ABB. Dr. Quintero Restrepo holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Systems Engineering, and a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering. His research interests include computer graphics, computational design, and the optimization of processes related to product design.
